Global Training Safety Solutions is a certified health and safety training provider based in Dublin. Alan and his team deliver courses to tradespeople, construction workers, and businesses across Ireland. Their courses are recognised by bodies including HSA, SOLAS, IPAF, and RoSPA.
The Challenge
GTSS had a brochure website that looked dated and was hard to use. It had no way to sell or book courses online. It was not optimised for search engines. Potential customers were landing on the site and leaving without booking. The team also needed a site they could update and grow on their own.
Our Approach
1. Clean, Professional Design
We built a simple, modern layout that feels trustworthy and easy to use. The design puts courses front and centre so visitors find what they need fast.
2. Built-In Booking System
We added an online booking system that lives inside the website. Customers do not need to go to another platform to book. This keeps the journey short and simple — and helps with both SEO and conversions.
3. Course Pages Built to Convert
Every course got its own dedicated page. Each one is written clearly for the target audience. Tradespeople and business owners can quickly see what a course covers, who it is for, and how to book.
4. Multilingual Support
The site includes Romanian language support. This helps GTSS reach a wider audience across the trades sector in Ireland.
5. Full SEO Setup and Staff Training
We ran a full SEO audit and optimised the whole site. We also trained the GTSS team so they can optimise new course pages themselves as they grow.
6. Easy to Manage
The team at GTSS can add new courses, check bookings, and update content without needing a developer. This keeps their costs down and their site up to date.
The Design Solution
The final website is clean, fast, and easy to navigate. Courses are listed site-wide so they appear in menus, search results, and across every page. The booking system is built in, so there is no drop-off to a third-party platform. Full SEO and schema help GTSS show up when people search for Safe Pass, manual handling, forklift training, and other courses in Dublin and across Ireland.
The Outcome
GTSS now has a website that works hard for their business. It ranks well in search. Bookings have improved. New customers across the trades can find their courses and sign up in just a few clicks. The team can manage and grow the site on their own. The site has been live since around 2020 and has been upgraded several times as the business has grown.
