To give The Hillcrest a clean, stylish online home that Emma could share with potential guests instead of relying solely on Airbnb and Booking.com. The site needed to show off the property clearly, link to booking platforms, and offer a direct contact option for guests who prefer to book without a third party.

The Client
The Hillcrest is a luxury self-catering property in Castleblayney town, Co. Monaghan, managed by Emma. The property sleeps up to six guests and features two double bedrooms, single bedrooms, a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and free private parking. It is ideally located for staycations, wedding guests at nearby venues, fishing trips, and hiking holidays in the Monaghan area.The Challenge
Emma had a great property but no dedicated website. All her bookings came through third-party platforms. She wanted somewhere she could send people — a professional online presence that showed the quality of the accommodation and gave guests the option to book direct.Our Approach
1. Clean, Property-Led Design The design puts the rooms and living spaces front and centre. Large images let the quality of the accommodation speak for itself.2. Room Descriptions That Sell Each bedroom and living area is described clearly and appealingly. Guests can picture themselves in the space before they book.
3. Booking Platform Links Links to Booking.com and Airbnb are clearly placed so guests can check availability and book on whichever platform they prefer.
4. Direct Contact Option A simple contact form lets guests reach Emma directly — ideal for group bookings or guests who prefer to skip the booking platforms.
5. Mobile Optimised Most accommodation searches happen on mobile. The site looks great and works perfectly on any screen.
